An orientation training was organized for the master`s students from Djibouti who arrived at our university for the 2025-2026 academic year within the framework of the ongoing cooperation between Çankırı Karatekin University and the Djibouti Ministry of Higher Education and Research. The program, held by the International Student Office at the Language Center, aimed to support the students` adaptation process to the university and to life in Türkiye.
The program provided information on key topics such as adapting to academic processes, campus life, administrative procedures, and city life. During the training delivered by Lecturer Hakan Ateş and Lecturer Dr. Esra Güney, necessary documents were distributed to the students, and practical, up-to-date information about our university and city was also shared. The program, designed based on past experiences, is intended to help students begin their academic lives smoothly. The event concluded with a session where students` questions on various topics were answered.
